Using rentFast

rentFast helps verified community members discover rentals, post homes, find flatmates, and contact listers directly with no brokerage layer.

• You must provide accurate account, verification, and contact information.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.
• You must use the platform lawfully and respectfully.

Listings and contacts

If you post a property, you agree to post accurate listings and keep rent, availability, photos, location, and contact details current. If you browse or unlock a contact, you agree to use that information only for genuine rental conversations.

• Do not post fake, misleading, duplicate, discriminatory, or brokered listings.
• Do not scrape, resell, spam, or misuse contact information.
• Do not claim a listing belongs to you unless you are authorized to list it.

No brokerage promise

rentFast is designed for direct discovery and communication. We do not act as a broker, property manager, landlord, tenant representative, legal advisor, or payment escrow provider.

Moderation and availability

We may review, hide, edit, or remove content and restrict accounts when needed to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or maintain service quality. We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service over time.
